BALL VALVE：Ball valves have not offer the fine flow control, but they allows for quick shut and open. Full port ball valve has an hole in the ball has the same size with the pipeline, which resulting in only a small fluid resistance. The pipes can be cleaned easily at the same time.In reduced port ball valves, the port size is smaller than the valve's pipe size when the fluid flows through the valve, resulting in reducing the flow.

Our body of ball valves are made of metals, such as: Carbon steel, stainless and alloy steel ect. Some other ball valves are made of special materials, such as Hastelloy、special steel and special alloy.

The ball part can be installed in the valve by two different ways, including top entry and side entry. For top entry ball valves, the balls can be taken out, repaired and changed easily. For side entry ball valves, the ball part is sandwiched between two valve body parts, and lock the two body parts by bolts.

The body of Ball Valves can be a whole and also be modular. They are called Integral Ball valves and Split-body Ball valves. They are designed and manufactured to meet ANSI and API standard.

Ball valves have different connection types. They are flanged ends, screwed ends, butt welded ends and socket welded end ball valves. When connected with the pipeline, flanged ends ball valves are coordinated according to flange dimensional standards compatible with pipeline.

Trunnion mounted ball valve is suitable for larger and higher pressure. Floating ball valve is different from a trunnion mounted ball valve. In normal operation, with the flow of fluid, the ball will float downstream slightly.

Operation of ball valves generally are hand wheel operated. When the valves need large amount of starting force, we can choose gear operating device to save effort. Generally speaking, big size ball valves with gear operating device. Our ball valves can be also equipped with pneumatic actuator for special use.
